3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.

  • Services delayed or rescheduled due to inclement weather will be accommodated as soon as possible.

4. Service Limitations & Customer Responsibilities

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to surfaces or structures. We will document such areas when possible.

  • Customers must ensure all windows and doors are properly closed and secured before service.

  • Pets and children should be kept safely indoors during service.
